As a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of SEAM, Aiyda Cobb brings her detail oriented, legal perspective to the company’s work in guiding complex residential projects. An attorney since 2014, Aiyda focuses on the multitude of contracts, risk management, and legal structures that underpin successful project execution. At SEAM, she ensures that agreements, responsibilities, and decision-making frameworks are clearly defined so projects move forward with transparency and accountability.
Her legal career has focused on complex litigation and advisory work, particularly in highly technical and regulated industries. Aiyda has represented clients in federal courts in patent infringement matters, including actions arising under the Hatch–Waxman Act, and has also maintained an active patent counseling and procurement practice as a registered patent attorney.
Working in environments where precision, documentation, and clearly defined obligations are essential has shaped Aiyda’s approach to project oversight. At SEAM, she applies that discipline to the residential construction process—helping owners navigate contracts and address potential risks before they impact the success of a project.
Through her combined legal and advisory experience, Aiyda helps bring clarity and structure to the agreements, expectations, and decision pathways that support a well-executed build.
