Seamus Ross

Co-founder & PARTNER

Seamus Ross is a Co-Founder and Partner of SEAM, where he brings decades of experience in development, construction, and leadership to the firm. His work reflects a deep understanding of how projects succeed—not only through disciplined construction and execution, but through the coordination, timing, and decision-making that connect every phase of a build.

Seamus is also the Founder and CEO of Castlerock Asset Management, a development firm known for transforming properties into vibrant destinations across the United States. His role in leading multidisciplinary teams across planning, design, construction, and operations has given him a unique perspective on the points where projects most often succeed—or quietly break down. That experience shapes his work at SEAM, where the firm focuses on bringing structure, visibility, and alignment to the residential building process.

He began his career on construction sites in Ireland, working alongside his father, developer Seamus Ross Sr., an experience that shaped his lifelong connection to building and placemaking. Seamus holds a degree in economics from Dublin Institute of Technology and Trinity College, with concentrations in urban planning, engineering, and construction.

Prior to founding Castlerock, Seamus served as Managing Director of the Menolly Group, where he led international expansion into London, New York, and Warsaw. He also served as Executive Director at Dublin’s Fylan Group, overseeing notable hospitality developments including Dunboyne Castle and the Dylan Hotel.

At SEAM, Seamus brings a builder’s perspective, a developer’s discipline and an owner’s outlook, helping ensure that vision, design, and execution remain aligned throughout the life of a project.
