Hubert lee Worrell IV, CPA

Co-founder & PARTNER

As a Co-Founder and Partner, Hubert brings deep financial expertise to SEAM, helping owners navigate the financial complexity that often accompanies residential construction. His role focuses on bringing clarity and discipline to project budgets, capital planning, and financial decision-making so that owners can maintain visibility and control throughout the building process.

Drawing on years of experience building financial systems for complex organizations, Hubert helps SEAM establish the financial structure and oversight that supports thoughtful, well-informed project decisions. His background in capital markets, operational finance, and enterprise systems provides an added layer of financial perspective to SEAM’s project oversight approach.

In addition to his work with SEAM, Hubert serves as Chief Financial Officer at Castlerock Asset Management, where he has helped build the financial infrastructure behind the company’s growing hospitality portfolio since 2016. During his tenure, he has supported the organization’s evolution from a development-focused firm into a fully integrated, self-managed hotel platform. His work has included helping secure financing for projects such as The Westin Nashville and Bobby Hotel, leading acquisition financing for The Westin Tampa Bay, and implementing enterprise resource planning systems that strengthened financial oversight and performance tracking across the portfolio.

Hubert is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Belmont University.
